Yes. A mk2 Ford Focus convertible. This being Ireland, it might even be a diesel.

What does CC stand for beyond the obvious? The VW CC was a poor seller here but was the same category.

Coupé convertible in this case, convertible with a folding metal roof. Lots of them at one time but not many now as too heavy and so too much CO2.
Despite the name the Passat CC wasn’t one.

No, I don't think it is any of those things. The CCs really were a 2010s fad it seems.
